Beginning July 23rd, I am offering a class in creative painting and collage. This is a 6-week session that will explore a different collage or painting technique each week. We’ll pull out all the stops and have plenty of fun!
If you are new to mixed media art, this is a good way for you to try a variety of media and techniques in a low-stress environment.
Experienced artists will enjoy the freedom to experiment and change up your studio routine.
Week 1: Cut and Paste: Introducing Elements of Collage
Week 2: Altered And Transferred Images
Week 3: The Written Word: Using Text in Art
Week 4: Treasure Hunt: Using Found Materials
Week 5: Texture and Dimension
Week 6: Drip, Drizzle, and Pour
