I’m pleased to have 2 pieces in this year’s Members Show hosted by Artists of Rubber City.
The show commemorates the 10th anniversary of The BOX Gallery at Summit Artspace and 41 years for Artists of Rubber City as an arts-supporting organization in the Akron community.
My 2 pieces are My Darling Clementine and Seven Sisters, both of which show my mom and her sisters. I made them for my Reverse Archeology show earlier this year and they are incredibly special to me.
The show runs November 22 – December 21, 2019. It is open to the public on Fridays and Saturdays, 12-5pm, plus the Artwalk on December 7 (noon-9pm) and Thursday, December 19 from 4-7pm.
